Using a prototype for testing ensures that your design is functional and helps identify minor and major issues that need to be addressed. A prototype of the product, service, or process helps creators, as well as customers or users, experience how the final solution will work.
Using as concrete examples as possible during testing is essential, as users typically find a conceptual or theoretical presentation of a new concept or service difficult to understand.
A prototype will help identify at least the most significant pitfalls that should be fixed before launch. It can also reveal small changes that can significantly increase customer value with minimal effort.

Testing Procedure
- Defining and recruiting the test group (10-15 people)
- Designing and creating the prototype based on the product, service, or process description
- Testing the prototype with customers or users
- Analyzing the tests, reporting of observations, and presentation of findings

Our methods are based on the utilization of space and physical objects, so remote participation is unfortunately not possible.
